Nidoran♂, a poison-type pokemon appearing in the generation I and III games, located in the Kanto region, is the male counterpot of Nidoran♀. It evolves rom nothing, however, it's evolved form is Nidorino, which, if you chose to use a moon stone on, will evolve into the mighty and fearsome Nidoking.
